Playmobil SERIES 19 CRASH TEST DUMMY W/ CHART new figure + orig pkg PM #70565

These items were bought new and have never been played with. They are "used" only in the sense that they were pre-owned and assembled by me.
The package is dated 2021. The insert is dated 2020.

his Series 19 became available in February, 2021.
The package has been carefully cut open and the figure has been assembled.
You will receive all of the items pictured, including the packaging.
Okay, I have seen a lot of Playmobil figures, but, to my mind, this is one of the ODDEST, QUIRKIEST, MOST PECULIAR that I ever seen.
It is very cleverly done - you know exactly what it is. It demonstrates perfectly Playmobil's meticulous sense of detail. But is it a toy? Or just meant to be a collectible?
CAR CRASH TEST DUMMY
WITH ... NO HAIR
WEARING ... NOTHING EXACTLY - IT IS YELLOW WITH BLUE& WHITE  MARKINGS.
It has a rather sweet expression on its face. Its head is purposefully up on an extended neck - it does not pop down into place as other figures' heads do. In all other respects, it is shaped like a standard adult male figure.
